WHAT WE WILL DELIVER
The output of the project will be a framework for managing property assets which will:
- Be consistent with BSI PAS 55 Physical Asset Management (2004) and other established business management systems, standards and models
- Be adopted as the industry's standard, independent of vested interests
- Focus on operational property
- Be relevant to public and private sector users
- Be an ‘open’ standard which is publicly available
- Offer a framework for self-assessment against an agreed specification
The emphasis of the framework will be the alignment of property assets with the rest of the business, bridging the conventional gap between business planning and property strategy formulation.
